- Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, click patterns, and search queries within the platform.
- Device and browser data: device type, operating system, browser version, and screen resolution.
- Approximate location: country and city-level geographic data derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Referral source: the URL from which you arrived at our site.
- Server logs: IP address, request timestamp, and HTTP status codes for security and debugging purposes.
2.3 Information collected by third-party advertising

The AI counselor feature sends your conversation input to an AI provider to generate responses. No personal identifying information is required to use this feature, and inputs are not used to train models.
Form processing
Contact form submissions are processed through a third-party form service and delivered to our team inbox.
Google AdSense
Displays advertisements on our platform. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Advertising Data Protection Terms.
7. Data Retention
How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter (typically 12 months). Analytics data is retained in anonymised, aggregate form indefinitely. AI counselor sessions are not stored beyond the active session unless explicitly stated. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.
You may request deletion of any personal data you have submitted by emailing hello@neptechsanjal.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
Our commitment to protecting younger users
Neptech Sanjal serves students of all ages, including students under 18 who have just completed SEE or are in +2. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. The platform is designed to be safe for student use — we do not request sensitive personal information and our content is moderated to be appropriate for all age groups.
If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to this platform without appropriate parental consent, please contact us immediately at hello@neptechsanjal.com and we will promptly delete it.
9. Security
How we protect your data
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information: HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure server infrastructure, access controls limiting who can view submitted data, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; however, we take reasonable and proportionate precautions to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or modification.
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, where required by applicable law.
